A very nice hotel. Room was top and differed from the usual rooms of other hotels. Staff super friendly, the room was shown personally ! Breakfast is excellent. I highly recommend it.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about.

We were attracted by the medieval town and gothic architecture of the area. The stylish accommodation was wonderful and the room offered remarkable views from its windows. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, while the breakfast spread was impressive. We were delighted by the hospitality shown by Alex and NOK, who were excellent hosts.

The friendliness of the staff was above average. Unfortunately the restaurant was still not in operation. The courtyard is very quiet and offers a great atmosphere when the bar/restaurant is open.

Probably not possible otherwise, but there are opening hours regarding the hotel reception.

My New Year's stay was mediocre at best. However, there were some positives to the experience. the room offered a stunning view of the town's landscape, which was nice to wake up to. the breakfast provided was ample and delicious. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to the town center and plenty of shops and restaurants.

There were some major drawbacks to the hotel experience. First and foremost, the lack of disability access made it difficult for me to climb up to my room.

During our Christmas stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and friendly service. The amenities provided such as free Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed made our stay even better. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and restaurants, allowing us to explore the area with great ease. Additionally, the holiday decorations in the lobby added charm and warmth to our stay. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy yet quiet place to stay during the holiday season.

The lack of proper accessibility to the rooms. The stairs leading up to the rooms made it challenging for those with mobility issues to move around the hotel conveniently. Also, some of the meals were not of the highest quality. We found one of our meals to be overcooked and tough to chew.
